Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Morphic Pulse sells digital audio files that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you have access to a digital product, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. As such, all purchases are non-refundable by default.

What This Means for You

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued after purchase, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or listened to.
• Purchasing implies agreement to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions

We may consider a resolution on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate charge)
• You never received access to your purchased product due to a technical error on our end

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
